First I want to commend you on the most important rule about improving....just keep drawing, and dam girl do you draw a lot. and its payed off look how awesome your art is!
Now what you need to do is try different things-learn human anatomy so that your characters look more anatomically correct.(something I need to work on) I mean to expand on what you already have because the character anatomy on your post 116 and 118 are pretty awesome!
Experiment with different Photoshop techniques instead of just water color effects - I recently learned that you can hold ALT or Option for mac and pick up a color making it so much easier to shade in practically full opacity pictures.
Look at, admire, and even imitate other artist you might love. like on Deviant art for example. (linkage) Theres nothing wrong with trying to understand ow people draw things and taking techniques from people as if you were a cyber apprentice they didn't even know about. In the long run it just strengthens your own style.
