wow, why do i get PMs asking to be scouted?

on a nicer note, things have been going ok so far for summer
my sister's birthday is on the 31st this month, so i'm not sure what to get her
keep in mind that she's nearly the same age as i am (nearly. 11 months, if you will.)
and she's every bit of awesome as i am (*brick'd*)
so uh, suggestions?
